Peter Hartcher is the political and international editor of The Sydney Morning Herald. A Gold Walkley award winner, Peter has served as a foreign correspondent in Tokyo and Washington, and a visiting fellow at the Lowy Institute for International Policy. A two-time author, Peter was also the last person to interview the author of The Lucky Country, Donald Horne.
